1- Age must be below 26 years as on 1-9-2012.
2- Educational Qualification- Bachelor Degree with Commerce/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics from any recognized university.
Application Fee-
Rs 50 for General and Unreserved Category.
No Fee for SC/ST/EXM/PWD/Women Candidates.
Fee has to be paid in the form of form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) in all post offices.
Selection will be done on the basis of Interview, Proficiency Test and Skill Test.

1-10-2012 is last date for receipt of application.
8-10-2012 for far flung areas.
