Ras topper hum jaise ordinary person hi hote hai,kewal unke kaam karne ka tarika or time management hi unhe humse behtar banata hai.
Hum mehnat par kum or kismat par jyada believe karte hai,par wo opposite karte hai.
Ek average student b topper ban jata hai,or ek brilliant rah jata hai. Bkz isme regular study,group discussion,standered books or guidence ke sath junoon ki need hoti hai. Optimistic raho,karm karo,or saphal bano.

Ras 2007 me mains ki exam or pre. Ke result me kafi gap tha,par jub se k.k.pathak ji aye hai,rpsc ko ISO Certificate diwane or sarkar ko khus karne ke liye 2008,or 2010 ki main exam me students ko bhut km time diya.
Isse old log jo kai saal se apne gudri jaipur me jale baide the,or allied service me the,unko gift me upar ki post mil gai. Fresh candidade nahi milne se 2010 ki half post vacant rahi. Or iss baar bhi aisa hi hone wala hai,old lion har trick jante hai is exam ki,so my dear newcomers,you must work hard with stretegy….

hello dosto is baar mene current gk ki teyari nahi ki thi is karan mera first paper kharab ho gaya mere first paper me 80 marks and history me 168 marks total 248 marks aa rahe h me st categary se hu ab aap muje batao ki mere ko mains ki teyari karni chahiye ya nahi. agar kisi ne 26-02-2012 ko navodaya pgt ki exam di h to ye batao ki navodaya ki pgt exam me kitne guna candidate ko interview ke liye call karte h or exam 240 marks ka tha to interview kitne marks ka hota h. Mera navodaya ka interview 18-06-2012 ko chandigarh me tha usme pgt(history) me st ke 23 candidate ko interview me call kiya tha usme se 18 present the to st ki total post kitni ho sakti h or navodaya vale interviw ka result nikalne me kitna time lagate h. geography me paper easy lagta hai par hai nahi, average 65% man kar chalo. Scaling ke chance km hai,2008 me mere geog me 40 marks plus hue the,2010 me gen. Cat. Me 260 aye the,geography kabhi loss nahi karta,yah safe sub. hai, agar aap gen ya obc me ho or 230+ ho to mains ki prep. Karo.

hi i have tried to elucidate the discrepancies obtained in the Answers published for public administration b-series for SOME QUESTIONS, please consider the references ( name of books page numbers etc. mentioned giving back up to the answers which may be corrected).
I HAVE ADDED FULL EXPLANATION FOR THE ANSWER. ONE MORE QUESTION HAS BEEN ADDED.
Q-52 related to NPA please refer book Fadia & Fadia , chapter 15 Paragraph 3 clearly shows that Frank Marini , Fredrickson , Charles Lindblom , Vincent Ostrom are related to NPA , and not Chris Argyris .

TO BE MORE PARTICULAR: PLEASE REFER M.lakshmikant (5th edition) PAGE NUMBER 24 lasrt paragraph on FORMALISM.
WHICH READS AS “a prismatic society has high degree of formalism , that is a degree of discrepancy or incongruence between the formally prescribed and the effectively practiced , between norms and realities.
This clearly makes the statement two of question number 57 incorrect and hence the answer will be -3.
