Then you need document like Birth Certificate and Ration Card to proof that ur father name enterd in result was wrong.
Then u need to go to board office and buy correction form which was cost about 50 to 100 rupees and fill up the form and attached all proof document like ration card and birth certificate Xerox and submit to board office. They will gives you after 2-3 months a new result with correct information.
